Anyway, I just got back from my trip to Johor for my first book signing event and I would like to thank all those who came and showed your support. Granted it was my first book signing event and I was pretty nervous. Which was unusual but I guess I was feeling that way because I wanted it to go well. I hope it did.

That being said, I didn't have time to draw a full length comic for today as I was pretty busy during the weekend and I do apologise for that but I will keep my promise to have you a comic today nonetheless.

Something simple today during busy times. I hope you don't mind.

Daryl complained to me about something. I must say he has a point.

Another Thing Not To Say To A Woman

Hello everyone! How's everybody? 

Wow. Finally a new post after a short absence which is actually only a week ago but it felt like forever. I'm so sorry that there has been a lack of comics this week as the book recently got announced and things are just a little busy on my end here. I hope that the book has enough comics inside to keep you entertained during these busy times. That being said, I would like to thank everyone who has gone to the bookstores to grab a copy. It really means a lot to me. Three years ago, I had no idea that anyone would even bother with this silly series of mine. Thank you so much for showing your support. 

And now here is a tasteless comic right after that heartfelt speech.

HERE COMES THE BROS

Hello Thursday! No comic today as there is a huge announcement!

No. I am not getting married.

As you may have known, I have been rather cryptic by saying something is coming. I tried my best to make it sound like something exciting is going to happen but I admit I am rather shit at making people excited, (but if you were, I thank you very much) Some people were harassing me about it, some figured it out, some guessed but most of the time some people just followed me on Instagram and Twitter because I was being blatantly obvious with my clues there.

So what is it that is coming?

This.

Yes! Without further ado, I would like to announce that "Bro, Don't Like That La, Bro" will be having its first book! More comic mayhem exclusively in this book itself!

It's been a long time coming and finally I managed to get it done. For the past few months I have been slowly working on this project without telling anyone due to the fact that I was afraid that it might not even happen. I was still a little skeptical even when I finished the manuscript and sent it to the printers. That is how big of an insecure shit I am sometimes. Anyhow, here it is!

Even I am amazed that this book is finally out.

Wishing Upon A Star

Hey Monday what is up? Looks like I didn't start Monday off on a right foot and it feels like everything has gone to shit. I topped off my awesome weekend with the sourest bit of cherry anyone could ever find.

But that is a story for another time.

Here is another example of how something has gone to shit for me as well.

Should have probably wished for something when I saw that shooting star. Even if it was dead.

Things probably would have been better.

In lighter news, remember the thing that I said was coming? I'd been harping about it since last week. Yes, it is inching ever closer as we speak.

Just a couple more days before the announcement.

This is the best I could do to somehow make you excited.

Car Window Got Smashed

Guess how my week started?

It started in the most startling and gut wrenching of ways that I could never have imagined in all of my life.

Something that I thought would never happen to me. Something that I always taken for granted.

I felt stupid, furious, angry and ashamed at myself all at the same time. It was a cocktail of emotions that only a hysteric person would understand.

So I decided to draw a comic about it to express that emotion.

Should have probably checked first before freaking out.

That night was a rollercoaster ride of emotion that no young man should ever be put through. From furious anger to inconsolable sadness to murderous hatred to "okay I probably shouldn't have lost my shit" to "this is awkward".

We found my car sitting pretty just two rows away.

Moral of the story is: don't leave anything in your seats unless you want your car window smashed and you enjoy giving guys like me an unnecessary heart attack.

UPDATE: Remember a few weeks ago when I said I was busy working on a big project? You don't? Wait, no one remembers that? .....Shit. Anyway, I have been working on a major project for this series and I should announce it pretty soon so do stay tuned for it!

How To Respond To A Break Up

Hello Monday! Some of you may have taken Monday leave to help yourself to plate full of long weekend since tomorrow is a public holiday in Malaysia. (and Singapore too if not mistaken?) If not, here's a comic to cure your Monday blues.
